13/45 TEACHING INTERNSHIP

Hi, Diurna! Today is Monday and my schedule is full for today's class, from first period 7:30-8:30 for my minor class ESP, and 8:30-9:30, 9:45-10:45, and 1:45-2:45 for my major English.

I woke up a lil bit today, with that I almost got late for the attendance and for the flag ceremony. Almost but not quite. On the other side, after the flag ceremony I hurriedly prepared myself and the things I need for my first period class. Then went to my minor CT, Mrs. Arlene Flores to ask if I can start my first class and discussion today. I continued my discussion for module 1, gave them activity and right after that I went to Mrs. Arlene to ask her about my lesson plan. Not later that moment, I went to my major class in Grade 8 to start our week with the discussion for module 2- Analyzing the Intention of Words Using Propaganda.

But before that as I followed my lesson plan, I started my class with a prayer, checking of attendance, and review from the last lesson, then followed by the motivation that would connect to our new lesso, and the game is called Guess the Tagline, there were two groups– boys and girls that has 5 members as representative. As we did our motivation all of them were participative and eager even without a prize. The whole class was really loud as they cheered their groupmates for the game given this day. It went very well and smooth, the girl's group won. Right after that we started our discussion.

This goes same with my two Grade 7. This is how I start my discussion usually, to get their attention and focus. Although, they are always listening and somehow participative the class must be interactive so they will be engaged more to the class and to their classmates. After the discussion activity was followed.

This day was exhausting yet productive.
