Hola, Diurna. How are you? Get ready with me as I embark my day today!
I woke up early today but got almost late because of some inconvenient things happened along the way. Also, today is the grand opening of the Davao de Oro Provincial Athletic Meet 2023, in which as per advised by ma'am Neng that we should be in the grandstand later at 1 pm to watch their opening program and the yells of every school. However, before that we did our duty and responsibility in our assigned tasks and area wherein we swept the entrance area and picked the plastics or wrappers that we saw. After that, we went back to our quarter to take our rest for later's event.
Not later that moment sir Cyril, my CT chatted me and asked for favor to help him cut the Judge's papers for the scoring for the different games or sports. Before 1 pm we have decided to go to the grandstand so that we can have a place to sit while waiting for their parade. While waiting for the participants to arrive, there was a heavy rain that shuts everything down specially our area where we seated. I guess we waited for almost 2 hours before the participants came and did their yells by delegation.
Started from Compostela delegation, followed by Laak, Mabini, Maco, Maragusan, Mawab, Monkayo, then Montivesta, Nabunturan delegation, New Bataan, and lastly the Pantukan delegation led by Mayor Jhong Ceniza with the officials of Municipality of Pantukan. The grandstand was covered with loud noise and cheers from us as we sang the Pantukan hymn, even there was a power interruption we sang with them. And we ended our duty by giving the Pantukan players a water to drink for them to get back their energy. That's all for today, Diurna! Goodbye because I will sleep. Goodnight!
